GAM Vehicle Editor ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

We collect minimal information necessary to operate the software:

• License key — When you activate a paid license, we store your license key locally on your device and transmit it to our licensing server (Lemon Squeezy) solely for verification purposes.
• Anonymous usage data — We may collect anonymized, non-personally-identifiable data such as editor version and operating system version to improve the product. This data contains no personal information.
• Bug reports — If you voluntarily submit a bug report through the editor, the report content (including game name, issue description, and editor version) is transmitted to our servers. No personally identifiable information is required or collected.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your name, email address, or contact information through the editor.
• We do not collect your game save files or any game content.
• We do not track your in-game activity.
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

3. License Verification

License key validation is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our payment and licensing provider. When you activate a license key, a verification request is sent to Lemon Squeezy's servers. Please refer to Lemon Squeezy's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle this data.

4. Local Data Storage

All editor settings, vehicle configurations, and archives are stored locally on your device. We have no access to this data.

5. Automatic Updates

The editor periodically checks for updates by requesting a version file from our content delivery network (Cloudflare). This request includes your editor version number and operating system type. No personal information is transmitted.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Lemon Squeezy — Payment processing and license key management.
• Cloudflare — Website hosting, content delivery, and API infrastructure.

7. Data Retention

Bug report data submitted voluntarily is retained for up to 12 months for quality improvement purposes, after which it is permanently deleted.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request deletion of any bug report data you submitted.
• Opt out of anonymous usage data collection by disabling it in the editor settings (when available).

9. Children's Privacy

GAM Vehicle Editor is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
